Crystal Palace Overground Festival 2014, 28 and 29 June 2014

The Crystal Palace Overground Festival is back this weekend with a whole host of activities for the entire family. From markets, live music, food and drink and a cider festival to a kids zone complete with baby and toddler area, a toddler treasure trail and a magical sprite village – there’s something for everyone. Bermondsey Carnival, Southwark Park, 12pm to 8pm, Saturday 28 June 2014

Ever wanted to see Chas’n’Dave? They are headlining the Bermondsey Festival on Saturday. There will be live music all day, Irish dancing, have a go at a range of dance styles, a jumble sale, funfair, Millwall FC bus, Cuming Museum on tour, face painting and craft activities for children. London Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival, 10am to 6pm, Sunday 29 June 2014

London Chinatown Lions Club is hosting the 2014 London Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival on Sunday at the London Regatta Centre.  Look out for martial arts displays, live music, traditional Chinese lion & dragon dancing and a food festival, alongside the dragon boat racing. Free. More details here.
