20th London Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival, London Regatta Centre, 10am to 6pm, Sunday 28 June 2015

London Regatta Centre is hosting a festival of dragon boat racing on Saturday. Over 40 teams will compete during the day. There will also be a food festival, live music, martial arts displays and Chinese lion dancing. Free. More details here

Hampstead Heath Family Day, 11am to 6pm, Sunday 28 June 2015

As part of the City of London Festival, Hampstead Heath Bandstand and Green will be transformed on Sunday into a colourful extravaganza of performances, workshops and street theatre from all around the globe. Free. More details here

Community Music Day, Horniman Museum and Gardens, 12pm to 5pm, Sunday 28 June 2015

Take a picnic down to the Horniman Museum on Sunday for a day of music performances including concerts by local classical ensembles, Indonesian gamelan workshops, a capella singing, storytelling and more. Free. More details here

Crystal Palace Festival, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June 2015

Barclaycard British Summertime Event Hyde Park, Sunday 28 June 2015

There’s a family festival in Hyde Park this Sunday featuring children’s TV stars, live music from Union J and Collabro, and a mass Sing-along version of Disney’s Frozen. There’s also a LEGO Gaming Zone, Fit for Sport with The Looney Tunes, a Cartoon Network Adventure Time Zone, Horrible Histories, Brainiac, Bart & Homer Simpson, Shaun The Sheep, Peppa Pig and Spot the Dog.
