Surrey Docks Farm Spring Fair, 11am to 4pm, Saturday 11 May 2013

Surrey Docks Farm is holding its Spring Fair on Saturday. This year will see special displays by local Morris Dancers, sheep shearing, cake tables, a bar area, a bouncy castle, live music, donkey rides and lots of fun and games. There will be Farm crafts, produce and meat on sale as well as all the usual animals to see. The Frizzante café will be open all day. Free. More details here.

Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppet Festival, 10am to 5.30pm, Sunday 12 May 2013

Punch and Judy Professors and Puppeteers from all over the country will be performing in the grounds of St Paul’s Church, Covent Garden on Sunday to celebrate the art of puppetry on Mr Punch’s 347th birthday. Free. More details here.

London Pet Show, Earl’s Court Two, Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 May 2013

The third annual London Pet Show takes place at Earl’s Court Two this weekend. There will be four zones of animals to discover, as well as advice and demonstrations. The main attractions include doggy dancing, micro pig racing, duck herding and rabbit show jumping. Tickets cost £14 (adults) and £9.50 (children aged 5 to 15) in advance. More details here.

Grand Designs Live, Excel, until Sunday 12 May 2013

Grand Designs Live draws to a close this weekend after 9 days at Excel. The show, which is based on the Channel 4 TV series, features over 500 exhibitors, across seven different sections. Go along to find out more about the latest interiors, gardens, home improvement, self-build, renovations, technology and shopping.
