London fun for you and your little ones

Getting around – transport

Getting around is never quite the same again once you’ve had a baby.  Gone are the days where you could walk up escalators to bypass the crowds on the tube, run to catch a train or squeeze onto a jam-packed bus.  The good news is that London buses and an increasing number of train stations are accessible to pushchairs, so you can get to many great day trip destinations using London public transport.

If you are going further afield, see our tips for travelling by car.

However you choose to travel, build some extra time into your journey for unscheduled stops.
